WHY HR MACHINERY?

You shouldn’t need
another full-time job
to find your next machine.

Endless listings. Missing details. Calls that go nowhere. And after all that, a machine that isn’t quite right.

HR Machinery is built around making that process more straightforward. We bring together a clear brief, our valued network of contacts and a personal approach to buying and selling machinery.

A person who understands your brief.
A network to help fulfil it.

We start with what you need the machine to do. The site, the access, the essential specification and the budget. Then we look for options worth a closer conversation.

For used plant, we favour machines from owners who can explain their history. We ask about available records, recorded hours, wear and known issues, and help you understand what still needs checking.

For attachments, the fit matters as much as the price. Give us the carrier machine and connection details so compatibility can be checked with the supplier before you buy.

WHY HAND THE SEARCH TO US?

You bring the brief.
We bring the legwork.

Finding a machine is easy. Finding one worth your time takes the right questions, the right contacts and a clear understanding of the job.

01 / YOUR TIME

Get back to the job.

Give us one clear brief. Let us help narrow the options and coordinate conversations, so you can spend less time chasing adverts and unanswered calls.

02 / OUR CONTACTS

Look beyond the listings.

The search does not stop at what is on our website. We approach our valued network of owners, dealers and suppliers for machines and attachments that fit.

03 / THE DETAIL

Ask the questions that matter.

History, hours, condition, known issues and attachment compatibility. We help bring the available facts into focus and identify what still needs checking.

04 / YOUR DECISION

One contact. You stay in control.

Ross keeps the conversation personal. We explain our role and any fees before work is agreed. You decide whether an option deserves a viewing or a closer inspection.

Tell us what you need—we’ll help with the rest.

Know the exact model? Great. Only know the job? Start there. New or used, a complete machine or the attachment that makes it work.

Tell us what
you need.

Got a specific machine in mind? Or just a job that needs doing? Tell us what you know — we’ll help with the rest.

Sending a brief starts a conversation. It does not commit you to buying a machine or paying a fee. The scope of our service, who we act for and any charges will be agreed before chargeable work begins.

A few details. A good starting point.

1. The machine or attachment

Looking for an attachment? Tell us which machine it needs to fit. We’ll help identify the compatibility questions to check with the supplier.

2. A few details for Ross

Your brief is an enquiry, not an order or instruction to incur costs.

GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Before we get started.

Can you source a machine that isn’t listed here?

Yes. Sourcing starts with your requirements, rather than the current listings. We can approach our valued network to look for suitable options. Availability and timescales depend on the brief and the market.

Do you help with both new and used plant?

Yes. Tell us whether you want new, used or either. We’ll discuss the specification and budget before exploring suitable suppliers or sellers. Any warranty belongs to the particular offer and must be confirmed before purchase.

Can you find attachments for my existing machine?

We can help source buckets, breakers and other attachments. Carrier details, hitch dimensions and hydraulic requirements may be needed. Compatibility must be confirmed for the particular machine and attachment before purchase.

Who am I buying from, and what does the service cost?

We primarily act as a sourcing and sales broker. Before proceeding, we explain who the seller is, who we act for, our agreed role and any fees or commission arrangements. If HR Machinery is buying or selling in its own name, that will be made clear separately. There is no charge simply for submitting this form.

Can you arrange finance?

We accept initial corporate asset-finance enquiries from UK limited companies borrowing in their own name. Company, agreement and provider checks are needed before any introduction. We do not offer consumer credit or finance introductions for individuals, sole traders, partnerships or LLPs. You are welcome to arrange funding with your own provider.

Are all machines inspected or HPI checked?

A listing, introduction or seller’s answer is not an inspection or a verified finance check. We explain the information available and discuss which checks are needed. Any inspection, report or ownership and finance checks must be expressly agreed, with their scope made clear.

LESS CHASING. MORE PROGRESS.

Let’s find the right machine.

Tell Ross what you need. That’s where it starts.
