HR Machinery uses the contact details, machine information, seller-supplied HPI and finance details, company names and registration numbers, and photos you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess a possible purchase or discuss selling on your behalf. Form submissions are stored with our website hosting provider and are available to authorised staff.
We do not publish your submitted photos or contact details on the website automatically. Any arrangement to market your machine, including what information is published and any fees, will be agreed with you first.
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to handle your request and any resulting transaction. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry by contacting Ross Quinn on 07368 385260. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
We use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. This form does not sign you up to marketing. Please only upload photos you own or have permission to share.
Corporate finance enquiries are reviewed manually. We do not send those details to a finance provider automatically. Before a proposed introduction, we will identify the intended recipient and purpose and obtain your permission to share relevant information. Please do not submit bank details, identity documents or personal financial documents through this site.
